Refund Policy
Refund Policy
Full Refund Conditions:
Full refunds are extremely rare and will only be granted under strict conditions. The intellectual and labour-intensive nature of our work means that we cannot offer full refunds lightly. Full refunds may only be granted under the following conditions:
• Non-Initiation of Work (Client’s Request)
If the client requests a cancellation before work has commenced, and the request is made within 12 hours of payment, a full refund will be granted. Requests made after this 12-hour period are not eligible for a full refund, even if work has not yet started, due to resource allocation.
• Internal Failure to Deliver
If we are unable to initiate or complete the project due to internal issues (e.g., team-related problems, system errors) and no work has been delivered, a full refund may be issued after a thorough review. This excludes delays caused by the client’s failure to provide timely communication or materials.
• Duplicate Payment
If a duplicate payment is made by the client, we will refund the duplicated amount in full after verifying the payment details.
• Non-Compliance With Initial Instructions
If we fail to comply with the client’s initial instructions or specifications despite proper communication, and the delivered work is completely unrelated or incorrect due to our oversight, a full refund will be issued. This does not apply if the instructions were changed midway through the project.
• Work Not Initiated Due to Delay on Our End
If, after payment, we fail to initiate the project within a reasonable period without client-side delays (such as lack of information or changes in scope), the client may request a full refund, provided no substantial work has been done.
Exclusions for Full Refunds
Full refunds will not be considered in the following cases:
•Client-Side Delays or Miscommunication
If any delay or issue arises due to the client’s failure to provide instructions, timely communication, or changing the scope of work after the project has started, a full refund will not be granted. In such cases, the timeline will be adjusted, but no refund will be issued.
• Change in Deadlines After Agreement
If the client requests a change in deadlines after the work has started, and we can accommodate this change, no refund will be issued. If the change affects the scope of the work, only partial refund options may be considered based on the completion level.
• Work Delivered but Disputed in Quality
We offer revisions to ensure the final work meets the client’s expectations. If the client disputes the quality of the work without first requesting revisions or giving feedback during the revision period, no full refund will be granted.
Partial Refund Conditions
Partial refunds will be provided only in very limited situations, with specific criteria determining eligibility. These refunds are carefully considered due to the extensive effort and resources involved in each project.
• Change of Requirements After Work Begins
If the client alters the original project requirements after work has started, and this change necessitates substantial alterations, a partial refund may be considered. The amount refunded will be based on the portion of work already completed, minus any fees for time, labor, and resources.
Note: Only work done before the change will be considered for refund, and administrative costs incurred up to that point will be deducted.
• Cancellation After Work Has Started
If the client decides to cancel the project after a significant amount of work has been completed, a partial refund may be granted depending on how much of the project has already been delivered or completed.
• Incompatibility With Client’s Expectations Due to Changes in Scope
If the scope or complexity of the work changes significantly after project initiation due to new demands from the client, and the work becomes incompatible with the original agreement, a partial refund may be considered based on the percentage of work already completed, after subtracting relevant fees.
No Refund Conditions
Refunds will not be considered in the following circumstances:
• Plagiarism or Breach of Guidelines
Once the client submits the work to any third-party institution, and it is found to breach academic integrity (e.g., plagiarism), we are not responsible, and no refund will be issued. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that submitted work complies with institutional policies.
• Client Miscommunication or Lack of Clarity
If the dissatisfaction stems from a lack of clear communication or misunderstanding on the client’s part, and no revisions or clarifications were requested, no refund will be processed.
• Work Fully Delivered
Once the final work (assignment, dissertation, research paper, etc.) is delivered to the client, no refund will be entertained, regardless of the client’s subsequent use or dissatisfaction. Clients are encouraged to request revisions during the process to avoid issues.
• Late Refund Requests
Any request for a refund made more than 7 days after the service delivery date will not be eligible for consideration.
• Client’s Failure to Provide Necessary Information
If the client does not provide the required instructions, materials, or guidelines necessary for us to complete the work, and then requests a refund, no refund will be granted due to the direct impact on project delivery.
